Mesh Integration Service – Booking Policy

 

Before securing a booking, please review our policies and pricing information.

 

 

Service Availability

This service is available only on Mondays and Tuesdays, as it requires time and concentration.

If you need an appointment on another day, please let us know in advance. We may accommodate your request based on availability.

 

Waitlist Information

 

When you join our salon’s waitlist:

You will be automatically added to our waitlist, and we will contact you to discuss available dates and times.

Appointments will be scheduled based on both your availability and ours.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible.

By joining the waitlist, you agree to our Cancellation Policy and any applicable fees.

 

How to Book & Requirements

1. After booking, leave a note with your preferred date and time. Please note: This does notguarantee availability.

2. Once you confirm a slot, it will be reserved for you. If you fail to show up, cancel, or request last-minute changes, the appointment cannot be changed or refunded, as the slot has already been confirmed.

 

Hair Requirement

This service is exclusively for clients using hair purchased from our store.

Please do not book if your hair is from another provider.

 

Booking Fee & Payment Policy

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final balance.

All bookings must be made using a debit or credit card.

We do not accept online bookings via Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay due to past cancellations and refund requests. However, these payment methods are available in-store on the day of your appointment.

The total cost for this service ranges from $350 to $450.

 

Service & Timing

This booking is strictly for mesh integration clients.

The removal and reinstallation process takes 3 to 4.5 hours. During this time, we may need to alternate between clients.

Please wash your hair before your appointment.

Allow extra time, as we take the necessary care to ensure a high-quality installation.

 

No-Companions Policy

Due to limited space, clients cannot bring companions to their appointment.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Please book only if you are certain you can attend.

No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit their deposit and will be blocked from future bookings.
