We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to process exchanges or refunds, as our priority is adhering to hygiene regulations. Please make your selections carefully, as items cannot be exchanged or refunded once they have left our store.

Refund Policies for Services and Products bundled with Services

  1. All appointments made on the website may be rescheduled, provided 48 hours notice is provided, but not refunded. Availability is subject entirely to our approval. 
  2. We cannot offer refunds for services simply for change of mind. We are happy to provide advice, and reschedule a new service that may be more appropriate for you of equal or higher value, provided 48 hours notice is given, subject to our approval. 
  3. Refunds and exchanges will not be provided on services or bundled products and services in the following circumstances:
    • Appointments scheduled for longer than 2 weeks cannot be rescheduled
    • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the appointment cannot be rescheduled
    • Change of mind less than 48 hours before the start of the appointment
    • Insisted on having a service provided in a particular way, against our advice
    • Failed to clearly explain your needs to us
    • Failure to notify us if you are unable to attend to avoid no-shows
    • Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations or modifications may result in the refusal and cancellation of future appointments
    • Hair from another store will no be accepted, as indicated on our page. If you provide your own hair extensions after booking the service, we will not issue a refund.

All service bookings are Non-Refundable. Please ensure you can attend your appointment BEFORE you book.
