• Please include your phone number when booking.

• For video consultations, please send your order number to us via Instagram DM after booking.

• Appointment times may be adjusted slightly if we’re busy in-store. If this happens, message us on Instagram with your order number and we can either:

• Start your consultation immediately, or

• Arrange a time that works for both of us.

Once your order number is received, we’ll confirm your consultation and connect with you via Instagram video call if the time suits. Otherwise, we’ll happily reschedule.

• Hair colours other than black or dark brown

• Bald spots, thinning areas, or very thick hair

• Questions about pricing, density, suitability, or the extension
