Important Booking Information

• Consultation fee: $50 (non-refundable)

• Please include your phone number when booking.

• For video consultations, send your order number to us via Instagram DM after booking.

If we are assisting clients in-store, consultation times may be adjusted slightly. If this occurs, simply message us on Instagram with your order number and we can:

• Begin your consultation as soon as possible, or

• Arrange a time that suits both of us.

Once your order number is received, we will confirm your consultation and connect via Instagram video call (if scheduled time suits), or reschedule accordingly.

A consultation is highly recommended if you have:

• Hair colours other than black or dark brown

• Bald spots or thinning areas

• Extremely thick hair

• Questions about pricing, density, suitability, or extension type

• A 30% deposit is required to reserve your chosen extensions.

• If your preferred hair type or texture is not in stock, we can pre-order it (estimated arrival: 14–21 days).
