Booking Information & Policies:

• Non-Refundable Fee: Please review all details carefully before finalizing your booking, as the fee is non-refundable.

• Payment Methods: Online bookings cannot be made with Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay due to past issues with refund requests. These methods are accepted in-store on the day of your appointment. All bookings must be paid with a debit or credit card.

• Hair Preparation: Ensure your hair and extensions are clean before your removal appointment. Prices start at $50, depending on the method used and the condition of your hair.

• Companions: Due to limited space, we do not allow companions during your appointment.

• Late Arrival & No Shows: Arriving late or not showing up without notice is considered disrespectful. If this occurs, your deposit will not be refunded, and you will not be able to rebook in the future.
