Please read carefully before booking.

 

Payment Methods

We do not accept online bookings using Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay due to past refund and cancellation issues.

However, these payment methods are accepted in-store on the day of your appointment.

All online bookings must be made using a debit or credit card.

 

We appreciate your understanding.

 

Joining the Waitlist

You will be automatically added when an opening becomes available and notified via call or email.

If you cannot keep the appointment, you must respond as soon as possible.

By joining the waitlist, you agree to our Cancellation Policy and any applicable fees.

 

How to Join & What’s Required:

1. After booking, leave a note with your preferred date and time. (This does not guarantee availability.)

2. Your deposit secures your priority spot.

3. If we contact you and you fail to respond within 24 hours, your spot may be given to the next client.

4. Please be patient while waiting for a response from our team.

5. If you confirm an available slot, it will be blocked for you.

Cancellations or last-minute changes are not allowed.

No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled appointments.

Non-Refundable Booking

All bookings are final. Ensure you are 100% certain you can attend before booking.

 

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Failing to show up without notice or arriving late is considered inconsiderate.

If this occurs, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from booking future appointments.
