Booking & Pricing Guidelines

Before you proceed with a booking, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our policies and pricing details.

**Booking & Payment Policy**
- All reservations must be made using a debit or credit card.
- We do not accept Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay for online bookings due to the high frequency of cancellations and refund requests. However, these payment methods can be utilized in-store on the day of your appointment.
- A non-refundable deposit of $280 is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment, which will be credited toward your total balance.
- The final payment is due before the installation process begins on the day of your appointment.

**Cancellation & No-Show Policy**
- Appointments are non-refundable, so please ensure you are completely certain before booking.
- If you do not show up or arrive over 30mins late without informing us, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will not be allowed to book future appointments.

**Consultation Requirement**
We highly recommend scheduling a consultation before booking if your hair:
- Is not a natural dark brown or black
- Falls below shoulder length
- Contains highlights, bald spots, or has a very thick/thin texture
- Is cut bluntly

If you book without a consultation and we lack the appropriate color or weft type, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be provided because you have blocked a slot.

**Hair Extension Information**
We offer Super Double Drawn, Unprocessed Human Hair Extensions with aligned cuticles for a thicker, fuller appearance.

**Installation Time & Maintenance**
- Each 100 grams of hair requires at least 1 hour for installation, depending on your natural hair texture.
- For those with thick or blunt-cut hair, additional time may be needed for thinning to achieve a seamless blend.
- Our installations typically last 5-9 weeks, depending on your hair growth and maintenance habits.

- 12 inches: $450
- 14 inches: $550
- 16 inches: $650
- 18 inches: $850

- During installation, please inform us in advance if:
1. You desire fuller sides or a natural finish.
2. You prefer a high ponytail or low ponytail.
3. You need to conceal short layers or breakage.
- Extensions are blended only at the ends of your natural hair for a flawless appearance.

**Salon Etiquette**
- Due to limited space, no companions are permitted during your appointment.
- Please allow extra time for installation, as we prioritize quality over speed.
