The booking fee is non-refundable. Please read the details before you book.

We are currently unable to accept online bookings for appointments with Afterpay, PayPal, or zip pay. This decision is due to instances of customers requesting refunds or cancellations after reserving slots for extended periods of time. However, we do accept these payment methods in-store on the day of your appointment. Please note that all bookings must be made using a debit or credit card. We appreciate your understanding. You can still quickly get to your scalp and keep it clean when you're shampooing—and, even better, crochet braids don't require heat styling, which is always a win if you're trying to retain length.

This protective hair still will last you up to 2 months with proper care. 

 A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm

and hold your appointment.

The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your appointment.

Again, this is a non refundable fee! 

Due to shortage of space in our stores we strictly do not accept clients to be accompanied by a companion(s) on the appointment day to the salon.

This booking is non Refundable please make sure you are 100% sure you can make your appointment.  

Please be mindful that failing to show up without notice or arriving late is considered impolite and inconsiderate. If this occurs, your deposit will be kept, and you will be prohibited from making any future reservations with us. Thank you for your understanding.
