The fee for booking is non-refundable. Please carefully review all details before finalizing your booking.

At this time, online bookings cannot be made with Afterpay, PayPal, or zip pay due to past issues with customers requesting refunds or cancellations after holding appointments for extended periods of time. However, these payment methods are accepted in-store on the day of your appointment. All bookings must be paid with a debit or credit card. Thank you for your understanding.

Please ensure that your hair and extensions are clean before coming for your removal appointment. Prices vary starting from $50 based on the Method used and the condition of your hair.

Due to limited space in our stores, we do not allow clients to bring companions to their appointments in the salon.

Once again this booking is non-refundable, so please be certain that you can attend your appointment.

Please note that not showing up without notice or arriving late is disrespectful and rude. If this happens, your deposit will not be refunded, and you will not be able to book with us in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
