Shipping policy

We take pride in our prompt shipping service, whether through standard or express post.

Customers can expect to receive their orders within 2-4 business days in Sydney, and 3-5 business days in rural areas of New South Wales.

Interstate shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

All items are sent out via Australia Post or DHL for international orders.

It is important that the billing address and shipping address match in order for products to be dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided with your order.

Please note that All About Braids and Hair Extensions is not liable for any lost packages. Should you experience any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping provider.

All packages require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to offer refunds for packages that are returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment once your package is back in our possession.
