Booking & Pricing Guidelines

Before securing a booking, please review our policies and pricing information.

Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings must be made using a debit or credit card.

• We do not accept Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay for online bookings due to frequent cancellations and refund requests. However, these payment methods are accepted in-store on the day of your appointment.

• A $280 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your total balance.

• Final payment is due before installation begins on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Appointments are non-refundable. Be 100% sure before booking.

• If you fail to show up or arrive late, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from future bookings.

Consultation Requirement

A consultation is highly recommended before booking if your hair:

• Is not naturally dark brown or black

• Is shorter than shoulder length

• Has highlights, bald patches, or a very thick/thin texture

• Has a blunt cut

If you book without a consultation and we don’t have the correct color or weft type available, your appointment will be canceled without a refund.

We provide Super Double Drawn, Unprocessed Human Hair Extensions with cuticles aligned for a fuller, thicker look.

Installation Time & Maintenance

• Every 100g of hair takes at least 1 hour to install, depending on your natural hair texture.

• If you have thick or blunt-cut hair, additional time may be required for thinning to ensure a seamless blend.

• Our installations last 5-9 weeks, depending on your hair growth and maintenance routine.

Installation pricing starts from $150 for 100g and $250 for 200g, depending on hair type & extra services.

Additional Charges

• Short Hair Installation: +$400

• Special Color Orders: If a custom color is required, the installation fee must be paid upfront.

How Many Grams Do You Need?

• 100g – Natural volume enhancement

• 200g – Full head for shoulder-length hair extending to bra strap or waist length

• 300g – Extra thickness for long, silky 30-34” hair

• During installation let us know in advance if:

1. You want fuller sides or a natural finish.

2. You prefer a high ponytail or low ponytail.

3. You have short layers or breakage that need concealing.

• We blend extensions only at the ends of your natural hair for a seamless look.

Salon Etiquette

• Due to limited space, no companions are allowed during your appointment.

• Please allow extra time for installation, as we prioritize quality over speed.

Final Notes

• Your $280 deposit is non-refundable, even if you cancel.

• Late arrivals & no-shows will lose their deposit and be banned from future bookings.

• No refunds are provided—ensure you are 100% certain before booking.
