Booking & Appointment Policy

Please read the following information carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking Fee & Deposit

This payment is a booking fee and is strictly non-refundable. Please ensure you are 100% certain that you can attend your appointment before making a reservation.

To secure your appointment, a $100 deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final service balance.

Payment Methods

We are currently unable to accept Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay for online bookings. This decision is due to previous refund and cancellation requests after appointment times had been reserved.

These payment methods are still accepted in-store on the day of your appointment.

All online bookings must be made using a valid debit or credit card.

Hair Preparation

If your hair has an Afro-kinky texture, please ensure it is straightened before your appointment.

Failure to arrive with your hair prepared may result in an additional preparation fee.

Salon Policy

Due to limited space in our salon, companions are not permitted during appointments. We kindly ask that clients attend their appointments alone.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice or arrive late:

• Your deposit will be forfeited.

• You may be restricted from making future bookings with us.
