Booking & Appointment Policy

Please read the following information carefully before making your booking.

Booking Fee & Deposit

All booking fees are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure you are 100% certain that you can attend your appointment before confirming your reservation.

To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required for online bookings. The remaining balance must be paid at the salon on the day of your appointment.

Payment Methods

We are currently unable to accept Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay for online bookings. This decision is due to previous refund and cancellation requests after appointment times had been reserved.

These payment methods are still accepted in-store on the day of your appointment.

All online bookings must be made using a valid debit or credit card.

Service Pricing

The final cost of your service depends on factors including your scalp condition, hair thickness, hair length, and the time required to complete the service.

Sydney

Prices start from $250.

Melbourne

Prices start from $200.

Hair Preparation

Clients with Afro-kinky hair are required to straighten their hair before the appointment to avoid additional charges.

If extra preparation is required, an additional fee may apply.

Salon Policy

Due to limited space in our salon, companions are not permitted during appointments. We kindly ask that clients attend their appointments alone to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for everyone.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice or arrive late:

• Your deposit will be forfeited.

• You may be restricted from making future bookings with us.
