Booking & Appointment Policy

• Booking Fee
  All booking fees are non-refundable. Please review all details carefully before confirming your reservation. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

• Hair Length Requirement
  This appointment is for hair longer than 8 inches. If your hair is shorter than 8 inches, please contact us before booking to confirm whether braiding is possible.
  If you book without asking and your hair is too short, we will not be able to provide a refund.

• Payment Methods
  At the moment, online bookings must be made using a debit or credit card.
  We are unable to accept Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay for online bookings due to previous refund and cancellation issues after time slots were reserved.
  However, these payment methods are accepted in-store on the day of your appointment.

• Service Pricing
  The final cost of your service depends on the type, thickness, and length of your hair.
  The starting price for cornrow styles is $30, and prices may vary depending on braid size and whether extensions are added.

• Hair Preparation
  If your hair is Afro-textured or curly, please straighten it before your appointment.
  If we need to straighten your hair for you, an additional fee will apply.
  Please note that on busy days we may not be able to accommodate services that require extra time for straightening, as it may affect other appointments.

• Guests
  Due to limited space in the salon, clients cannot bring companions to their appointment.

• No-Show / Late Policy
  Please ensure you are 100% certain you can attend your appointment before booking.
  No-shows or late arrivals without notice are considered disrespectful to our schedule and other clients. In these cases:

  • Your deposit will be kept

  • You may be restricted from making future bookings
