Booking & Appointment Information

Please read the following information carefully before making your booking.

Booking Fee

The booking fee is strictly non-refundable. Please ensure you are 100% certain that you can attend your appointment before booking.

Please note: The booking fee is only a reservation fee and is not the total cost of the service.

Payment Methods

We are currently unable to accept Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay for online bookings. This is due to previous refund and cancellation requests after appointment times had been reserved.

These payment methods are still accepted in-store on the day of your appointment.

All online bookings must be made using a valid debit or credit card.

Service Pricing

The final price depends on your chosen style, hair length, hair thickness, and the time required to complete the service.

Sydney

Prices start from $80 and can range up to $450, depending on the style and the time required to complete your appointment.

Melbourne

Prices start from $60 and can range up to $400, depending on the style and the time required to complete your appointment.

Hair Preparation

If your hair has an Afro-kinky texture, please ensure it is straightened before your appointment.

If your hair is not straightened upon arrival, an additional straightening fee will apply. On busy days, we may be unable to accommodate appointments that require extra straightening time, as this may affect other scheduled clients.

Salon Policy

Due to limited space in our salons, companions are not permitted during appointments. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been approved.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice or arrive significantly late:

• Your booking fee/deposit will be forfeited.

• You may be restricted from making future bookings with our salon.
