**Booking and Pricing Guidelines**

This is a waitlist for clients interested in receiving hair extensions from us as soon as possible in Sydney or Melbourne. After you sign up, we will reach out to you with the next available appointment in the event of recent cancellations.

Before finalizing your booking, please familiarize yourself with our policies and pricing details.

**Booking and Payment Policy**

- All bookings require a debit or credit card for payment.

- We do not accept Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay for online arrangements due to a high rate of cancellations and refund requests. These payment methods are, however, accepted in-store on the day of your appointment.

- A non-refundable deposit of $280 is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total cost.

- The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the installation on your appointment day.

**Cancellation and No-Show Policy**

- Appointments are non-refundable. Please ensure your decision before booking.

- If you do not show up or arrive late, you will forfeit your deposit and be barred from making future appointments.

**Consultation Requirement**

We strongly recommend a consultation prior to booking if your hair:

- Is not naturally dark brown or black
- Is shorter than shoulder length
- Contains highlights, bald patches, or has a very thick/thin texture
- Has a blunt cut

If you book without a consultation and we lack the correct color or weft type, your appointment will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

**Hair Extension Information**

We offer Super Double Drawn, Unprocessed Human Hair Extensions with aligned cuticles for a fuller, thicker appearance.

**Installation Time and Maintenance**

- Installing 100g of hair takes a minimum of 1 hour, depending on your natural hair texture.
- If your hair is thick or has a blunt cut, additional time may be necessary for thinning to achieve a flawless blend.
- Our installations usually last 5-9 weeks, based on your hair growth and care routine.

Installation costs start at $150 for 100g and $250 for 200g, varying by hair type and additional services.

**Additional Charges**

- Short Hair Installation starts at $400.
- Special Color Orders: A deposit for custom colors must be paid in advance.

**How Many Grams Do You Need?**

- 100g: Enhances natural volume
- 200g: Full coverage for shoulder-length hair that extends to bra strap or waist
- 300g: Extra thickness for long, sleek 30-34” hair

- During installation, please inform us in advance if:
1. You prefer fuller sides or a natural finish.
2. You want a high ponytail or a low ponytail.
3. You have short layers or breakage that needs to be concealed.

- We will blend extensions only at the ends of your natural hair for a seamless finish.

**Salon Etiquette**

- Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate companions during your appointment.
- Please allow ample time for installation, as we prioritize quality over speed.

**Final Notes**

- Your $280 deposit is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel.
- Late arrivals and no-shows will forfeit their deposit and be prevented from making future appointments.
- Refunds are not offered—please confirm your willingness to book beforehand.
