Sydney and Melbourne hair Extension Waiting List (New clients)

Information needed for our waitlist:

Once you have reserved a spot on our salon's waitlist, you will be automatically added and notified via text/email when an appointment becomes available. It is your responsibility to promptly respond if you cannot keep the appointment. By agreeing to be on the waitlist, you are also agreeing to our Cancellation Policy.

After booking, please indicate your preferred date and time, but please note that we cannot guarantee availability for that time slot. Please also specify the quantity in grams. Your spot will be confirmed in priority order once the deposit is received.

If you do not answer our phone call or respond to our text or email within 24 hours, your spot may be given to another client.

Please be patient as our admin team contacts you.

Phone calls will be made in the order they were received according to our waitlist.

All bookings are final and non-refundable.

This payment will be deducted from the total amount you owe.

The installation time for every 100g varies depending on your natural hair.

We kindly ask for your patience during the extension installation process.

We kindly request that you wash your hair before your scheduled appointment.
