The booking fee is non-refundable. Please read the details before you book.

We are currently unable to accept online bookings for appointments with Afterpay, PayPal, or zip pay. This decision is due to instances of customers requesting refunds or cancellations after reserving slots for extended periods of time. However, we do accept these payment methods in-store on the day of your appointment. Please note that all bookings must be made using a debit or credit card. We appreciate your understanding. This service is specifically for those with synthetic hair wigs only. For a flawless and natural look at special events, we recommend having your wig professionally installed to ensure it blends seamlessly with your own hair.

To confirm and secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $80 is required when scheduling.Please note that this service is exclusive to synthetic wigs purchased from our store.

Additional charges will apply if your hair needs to be braided into cornrows to prevent bulkiness.

Due to shortage of space in our stores we strictly do not accept clients to be accompanied by a companion(s) on the appointment day to our salon.

This booking is non Refundable please make sure you are 100% sure you can make your appointment.  

Please be mindful that failing to show up without notice or arriving late is considered impolite and inconsiderate. If this occurs, your deposit will be kept, and you will be prohibited from making any future reservations with us. Thank you for your understanding.
